To create a full CLUSTER account, select the 'account' icon in the top right of the screen and go to the 'register' page to find the account registration form.
To begin, press the 'get started' button which is found in the footer at the bottom of every page. Then, fill in the sign up form and save your preferences.

If you are logged in to a full CLUSTER account, you may change your mailing list preferences under the 'mailing preferences' tab of the my-account page. If you are subscribed to a mailing list but do not have a full CLUSTER account, you may update your preferences via the preferences button or URL provided in mailing-related transactional emails. If you have lost or have not recieved your transactional emails, you can request a resend by attempting to join the mailing list again.
In the 'Orders' section of the my-account page you can find past orders and stay updated about the current delivery stage of your ongoing orders.
